Participants will be making a biking glove with blinking LED lights. The power source for the glove will be a 3V button battery, the circuit will be built from a sequence of components (transistors, capacitors, resistors, switches and LED diodes), which will be connected with a conductive thread. During the 4-hour workshop participants will get to know the basics of e-textile design.

After the workshop participants will watch a documentary film Flow (Tok) about the situation of women who work in scientific, technical and media art context. We are exploring the working conditions and modes of communication in fields of work which are dominated by male workers.
