Strands, the annual exhibition of ČIPke, has an open concept. Works and activities that that will be showcased are the results of the workshops and independent work, which we’ve knitted in the past year in the process of learning open source programs and e-textile technics. The basis for the workshops, which are organized within Initiative Čipke, is a non-consumer logic and use of the technology when creating artistic and other video-audio works.
